2886925 - As Java deployment issue - PropertySheet "<...>" contains config entries that do not represent properties

While trying to deploy an SCA/SDA/EAR/etc file in AS Java, deployment fails.

deploy.<x>.trc of AS Java instance work directory "\usr\sap\<SID>\<instnr>\work" or shadow instance work directory "\SUM\sdt\system\<SID>\<instnr>\work" shows similar exception:
