Report Frequency

Now, you can schedule the system to generate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.  Alternatively, you can set a day and time for the reports to be created. Select a day of the month on which to generate reports. You can apply these new settings to the following reports:

• Job Posting
• Job Board Credits
• Job Status
• Recruiting Posting Credits

Reports for School Job Boards

You can now set job posting reports to include school job boards. When setting up the job posting report, select the school job boards from the new field "School Job Boards" that you would like to appear in the report.

Notification for unmatched Job Board field values

An error message now appears when configuring a job posting if the value set for a field is not supported by the job board.  Example: The job board only supports the value "permanent". The job posting form will indicate that the form is complete. But, the system will notify the user if the job board does not support the entry supplied.
