2887161 - Child Picklists are not being updated by an OnChange Business Rule - Recruiting Management

A Business Rule that is designed to SET a Parent and Child value, updates just the Parent value. e.g. (Country & Province)

1. Create a job Requistion
2. The Recruiting business rules is not populating the fields in Job requisition template.

A Child Picklist cannot be updated in the same Rule as a Parent value is being set. This is because both SET statements happen simultaneously and the Child picklist (e.g Province) is empty at this time (requires the Parent value to be set)

The two statements should be run in separate Business Rules, with the Parent Business Rule above the Child Business Rule in the Rule Order. The child Rule should also use the Parent field as the OnChange trigger field.
