Symptom

When trying to run a Lumira Discovery report which is based off of a Universe, you get the error:

Caused by: com.sap.connectivity.cs.core.CSError: Unable to retrieve network layer aliases : com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$OCAFramework: Unable to find servers in CMS xxxxxxxxxx:6400 and cluster @xxxxxxxxxx:6400 with kind pjs and service CS_CORBA_NetworkLayer. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)

If you are scheduling the report, then the error will show up in the Lumira Server logs.  If you are creating or refreshing the report in the desktop designer, then the error will show as a pop up.

Note: This error only appears to happen with some universes.  For example, JDBC connection to Sybase.
