2887267 - Error When Previewing Data Source

Symptom

You are trying to preview a data source and you received the 'Report Cannot Be Opened; Report an Incident' error message.

Other error messages are possible, such as:

  • Query ABC could not be opened
  • An exception was raised
  • Technical error occured: Message E R7 245 cannot be processed in plug-in mode HTTPS
  • Report cannot be opened. (KBA:1926357)
