2887288 - How to disable the mobile app for SAP Jam?

Symptom

SAP Jam mobile app to be disabled for all users.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Resolution

The SAP Jam mobile app can be disabled for any instance via the following steps->

  1. Go to Jam admin -> Mobile -> SAP Jam Mobile app.
  2. Deselect the "Enable mobile app" option.

  3. Scroll down on the page, and click Save Changes

  4. This will remove the mobile app activation option for all users.
    Also, the app will stop working in devices that already have it activated, and show permission errors.
