Requirement for multiple matrix manager validation in Job Information Portlet

There is a requirement to use multiple matrix managers in Job Relationship portlet. Customer requirement is to provide a restriction such that the same user would not get registered in one or more matrix manager

Example:

User A does not get registered in Matrix Manager 1 & Matrix Manager 2

There is no such option where we can implement such restrictions to Job Rekationship portlet via Validation options in backend or Business rules.

It's an expected behavior, Kindly raise an enhancement request via customer community portal as below
