2887639 - Unable to connect to the SFTP account via browser

1. When logging in the SFTP server URL, custumer gets the error "HTTP/1.1 404 Object Not Found" "The requested URL was not found on this server". 
2. Customer cannot login to SFTP server, even tough there aren't error messages appearing

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. You are using an old SFTP server URL
2. There is a change you have entered the wrong credentials five (5) times within 1 minute and the public IP address got banned in SFTP

1. Please ensure you are using the correct SFTP URL, as per KBA 2250792 - SFTP Public IP Addresses and URL's for Data Centres - SAP for Me. Always use your SFTP base URL e.g (https://sftp8.sapsf.com) 

NOTE: If you are using a bookmarked URL or one shared by a colleague, it might contain cache that can redirect you to the old URL. Please use the new one after cleaning browser cache or in incognito tab.

2. Raise an incident under component LOD-SF-PLT-FTPE, providing the following information:

• SFTP username
• Public IP address you are trying to access the SFTP server
• Timestamp of the issue
