2887725 - ID is initial or unknown it does not have the correct object type

Symptom

While executing the Ad-hoc query of the Business Rule having BRF+, the system throws error "ID is initial or unknown it does not have the correct object type"

The BRF+ has been correctly defined and the Rule is also been saved twice
