2887797 - Permissions problems to access SAPMNT share on Windows

Symptom

There are permissions problems  accessing to  SAPMNT share.   Error: 5    (access is denied)

It can happens in  different  scenarios. For example:

-  Access to the share   \\<SAPGLOBALHOST>\sapmnt\<SID>\....   inside  the SAP system  or  starting it.

-  Access to transport directory   \\<SAPTRANSHOST>\sapmnt\trans\......

-  The J2EE server on which the CTS Deploy Web service runs does not have authorization to access the file system.  See  SAP Note 1232674

-  Monitoring  SAPMNT share in Microsoft Failover Cluster configurations:

"Error ntha-218 SAP<SID>_<inst. nr>  failed to create SAPMNT ping file: [\\<SAPGLOBALHOST>\sapmnt\<SID>\SYS\global\SAPclusterPing.txt], error: 5. You run w/out SAPMNT monitoring"
