2887995 - S/4HANA CLOUD - Closing of Fiscal Year gives error 'Legacy Transfer date XX.XX.XXXX is in closed fiscal year'

The error "Legacy Transfer date DD.MM.YYYY is in closed fiscal year" is raised when closing fiscal year in App Make Company Code Settings (FAA_CMP).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Enter Make Company Code Settings (FAA_CMP) App.
2. Enter Edit mode.
3. Choose the ledger of Company Code.
4. Select the Depreciation areas.
5. Click Close and the error will be raised.

There is an Ongoing Legacy transfer segment within the fiscal year or at the last day of the last closed fiscal year.

In App Make Company Code Settings (FAA_CMP) the Legacy transfer segment needs to be completed.
