Symptom

I see the invalid credentials error for headhunter.ru job board on my Recruiting Posting interface. What may be the reason?

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Cause

There are several causes of the invalid configuration error for headhunter.ru job board:

  • Incorrect credentials
  • Expired token
  • Wrong Billing type

Resolution

  1. Incorrect credentials

    Required Client Actions : Active Contract and Provide Credentials of the account

    You will need to reach out to headhunter.ru job board and check the configuration information such as client ID

  2. Expired token
    You will need to refresh the token as follows: go to the configuration, click Refresh authentication keys and connect to your job boards account. Mandatory fields should be updated automatically. Click Next and confirm the configuration.

  3. Correct Billing type needs to be selected during the completion of job board specific fields
