2888151 - Modified customer material determination not working in IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS

Symptom

Customer has modified the system so RV_CUSTOMER_MATERIAL_READ reads the Customer Material Information Record of a partner other than the Sold-to (ship-to, for example) with USEREXIT_CUST_MATERIAL_READ. It works fine in VA01/VA02, but not in idoc processing with FM IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS .
