2888197 - How to set "Is Primary" to "Yes" by default in PP3 - EC/ONB

Is it possible to default "Is Primary" field without business rule and/or mapping in PP3?

1. Navigate to any New Hire Wizard / Personal Information portlet.
2. Fill up necessary fields
3. Notice that the "Is Primary" field is not defaulted to "Yes"

Expected behavior in PP3

Defaulting the "Is Primary" field to "Yes" was supported in v12 but not in PP3.

As of the moment, there is no plan of reverting back the behavior to PP3 because the UI is different from v12.

To default the "Is Primary" field, the customer can either create an onInit business rule or mapping from ONB/RCM to EC.
