Below error when performing an Employee Export:
"Request submitted for user export has failed. Please try again later or contact your system administrator"


  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile
  • SAP SuccessFactors Platform
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the SF Instance;
  2. Go on Admin Center > Employee Export;
  3. Click on "Export User File".


It might be a browser issue.


Try to reproduce the issue in other Browsers like: Chrome, I.E or FireFox.
