2888422 - Manual Reassign Not Displaying User - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Search for user in manual reassign function and no user appears

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Onboarding
  2. Search for Canddiate in Work Queue
  3. Click Reassign button
  4. Search for user you wish to assign to
  5. Notice user does not appear

Cause

  • First Name contains three parts for example Test User 1
  • Application expects after space to be last name however in this example it is still first name

Resolution

  1. Place a comma after the end of the first name so the application recognises when first name ends
  2. For example Test User 1,
  3. User now appears in the search
