2888760 - "Target Billing" date field does not work in app "release billing proposal".

In the details screen of app "release billing proposal", the billing items whose "service date" later than "Target billing" date will be proposed as well.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open "release billing proposal" app.
2. Choose an item whose "Target Billing" date is e.g. 31.01.2020.
3. Click "Edit" button to go to the details screen. The billing items whose "service date" (e.g. 03.02.2020) later than "Target billing" date will be proposed as well.

This is an expected behaviour.

If the billing items whose service date" later than "Target billing" date are not expected to be posted, in the details screen, button "defer after date" can be used.
By using this functionality, you can defer all billing proposal items occurring after a specified service date.
All the amounts and quantities of these billing proposal items are postponed to the next billing cycle.
