2888761 - Change Audit Report Generates Blank Old and New Values

• When the operation performed is "Effective Dated Delete" (EDD), the output from the Change Audit Report shows blank New Values.
• When the operation performed is Insert (I), the output from the Change Audit Report shows blank Old Values.
• Change Audit Report is not showing changes correctly.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Change Audit Reports.
2. Create report based on your requirement.
3. Select and filters and time range.
4. Hit on Submit.
5. Download the report on Access Reports menu.
6. Notice New and Old Values Columns are blank.

This is expected behavior.

I operation does not have an Old Value since there is no previous data. EDDoperation does not have a new value since data is deleted.

Check the Operation Performed Column on the Change Audit Report created.
