Symptom

  • During an upgrade using the Software Update Manager (SUM) an error occurs in the phase  PREP_EXTRACT/BEGIN_PRE
  • The system uses the SAP MaxDB 
  • An error to the one below can be found in the log file XCMDOUT.LOG

     
    ACTION : Check xuser key existence of 'DEFAULT'
