Symptom
We couldn't connect to this data repository. Make sure that the configuration settings are correct, and then check the connectivity again.
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Reproducing the Issue
- Configure the SAPCP Cloud Connector.
- Login to SAC, go to Main Menu-->System-->Administration-->Datasource Configuration.
- In the Data Repositories area, select Add a Data Repository.
- Add and configure the data repository in SAC.
- Check the configuration of data repository, error below happens.
We couldn't connect to this data repository. Make sure that the configuration settings are correct, and then check the connectivity again.
Cause
The system mapping information configured in SAPCP Cloud Connector is not completely correct.
Resolution
In this particular case, the Protocol and Internal port configured in cloud connector are not correct.
For Protocol, it needs to select TCP and Internal port should be the port number used by the internal host.
