2888829 - Contract distribution overwrites Info Record conditions without change log

Symptom

When SRM contract is distributed into ECC contracts and field Info Record Update is set on SRM side, system not just updates the new conditions into Info Record, but it completely overwrites the already existing conditions without creating any change log about the condition change.
