2888938 - AC owner should come from the org unit

A PC control has been created with a mitigating control by entering an ID in the "Mitigating Control ID" field.

The owner is assigned through the Indirect Entity Role Assignment and gets authorizations with object GRAC_OUNIT with ACTVT 02, 03 and the rest *.

But when he selects the "Owner" tab, the error "AC owner should come from the org unit" is populated
