2889124 - Not able to forward a candidate who has restricted visibility to the child requisition even though he is available in the Evergreen requisition

 If a candidate has restricted his visibility when applying for a evergreen requisition, recruiter is not able to forward this candidate to none of child requisition.

Candidate applies to an Evergreen requisition and under privacy options the candidate has selected the following one:

• Only Recruiters managing jobs I apply to.

Recruiter now tries to forward this candidate to a child requisition, but the option is not available and is grayed out.

The candidate's visibility option is set-up from a Candidate's point of view where he/she is not interested in any other job or his profile being seen by any other recruiter, other than the recruiter associated to the job he has applied to.

And, Evergreen requisition serving as a pool of potential candidates will be the ones who have not restricted their visibility to other recruiters as they are interested in other jobs.

This is expected behavior and the candidate has to choose the other two options under Candidate Privacy options for the recruiter to forward him to other jobs as applicants :

• Any company Recruiter in my country of residence.
• Any company Recruiter worldwide.
