2889226 - A Forbidden Page Error Message is Shown When Trying to Delete an User from Groupware Settings


You are trying to delete an user from the Groupware Settings User List by clicking on the "Force Delete" option. The following error message is shown after that:

SAP Cloud for Customer


This error happens when you are a Key User and are trying to delete your own account. After deletion, this error will show up because the account in Integration tenant is deleted and don't have access to the BO anymore. Every next time you visit Groupware Settings, your account will be provisioned again.


If this account shouldn't be synced on this tenant anymore, you can disable sync for your account and/or use a different account to remove your user from the Groupware Settings users.
