Symptom

You run MRP for an externally procured material which has a quota arrangement. MRP creates a Purchase Requisition with "<blank>" item category (EBAN-PSTYP).

When you try to edit the Purchase Requisition, you receive Message no. ME016: "Item category not defined (please check your input)".
