2889338 - Display of Approved By, Approval Date, Submitted By, Submission Date and Comment fields in Employee Time Sheet

There is a requirement to display Approved By, Approval Date, Submitted By, Submission Date and comment fields in Employee Time Sheet object.

As of 2411 release and with Time Tracking enhancement the following fields have been added to the Employee Time Sheet object

Submitted By lets you track the user who submitted the time sheet.
Approved By lets you track the user who approved the time sheet.
Approval Date lets you track when the time sheet approved.
Submission Date lets you track when the time sheet submitted.

We've added this feature to help customers track the submission, approval of time sheets and comply with legal obligations.

However, these fields cannot be displayed in the Time Sheet UI. If customer would like to have this feature, we encourage them to raise an enhancement request with business justification via Customer Influence, so it will be considered for the next releases.

NOTE: the comment field is not available Employee Time Sheet object, but in the time sheet workflow request only.

You can also define an attestation text that employees implicitly need to confirm while submitting their time sheets. This feature safeguards employers against potential claims from employees that their recorded time does not align with their actual working hours.
