2889734 - How to upload a file to the workarea preserving the file name as UID

Symptom

By default, when uploading a file to the workarea structure, the file is given a UID for a File Name - for example "SomeDocument.pdf", by default has "SomeDocument.pdf" as the display Name, and is given a random 16 character UID/ File Name like: "4827CD30646AV3AB.pdf".

For this example, when a Learner would download the file SomeDocument.pdf from a link the Library, it would save with the UID as the file name, e.g. "4827CD30646AV3AB.pdf".

This is not very human friendly.

It is possible to force the original document name to be the UID, instead of getting an automatically assigned, random alphanumeric UID. It must be done at the time the file is uploaded.
