Symptom

  • Execution of the sp_jdbc_columns stored procedure raises Error 567:

    • Msg 567, Level 16, State 1: Server 'ASE', Procedure 'sp_jdbc_column_default', Line 58: You must have the following role(s) to execute this command/procedure: 'sa_role'. Please contact a user with the appropriate role for help.

    • The configuration parameter "select on syscomments.text" is set to 0.
