Is it possible to trigger assessment for the candidates who have not applied to a job requisition.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Move a non-applicant candidate to the assessment status.
2. Observe that the assessment email is not triggered.

Assessment Integration is designed in a way such that when the candidate applies to a job requisition a reference code will be generated and sent out to the Assessment vendor which is not possible in case of non applicants.

(For Support: See the internal memo for sample logs "This assessment request is for a late stage application. Assessment will not be initiated.")

It is not possible or there is no workaround to trigger assessment email to the candidates who have not applied to the job requisition.

When forwarding a candidate from one job requisition to another, use the 'Forward as Applicant' option to make the candidate an applicant on the new job requisition. If the 'Forward to Requisitions' option was used, the candidate will be a non-applicant on the new job requisition. In this case, please invite the candidate to apply.
