2890010 - Contact is opening in Account details view when the User clicks on "Is replaced by" relationship maintained

Symptom

  • When a USER clicks on a Contact which contains a "Is replaced by" or "Replaces" relationship in their Relationship assignment block,
  • The CRM Web UI then navigates the USER to the Account details view of that Individual account.
