2890014 - Signal 11 in LeOperator::LeOpShowOp() from sp_showplan - SAP ASE 16.0

Symptom

  • When sp_showplan is executed, client is unexpectedly disconnected.
  • An "Infected with signal 11" error in the module LeOperator::LeOpShowOp() followed by a stack trace is reported in the ASE errorlog:

Current process (0x599909f9) infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
Address 0x0x000000000094021f (LeOperator::LeOpShowOp(ExeCtxt&, int)+0xbf), siginfo (code, address) = (1, 0x(nil))
