2890269 - Picklist values are not showing in the field drop down - Recruiting Management

When a value should be selected for a field, the value recently added to the picklist is not appearing in the dropdown.

The MDF Picklist has more than one versions. The version with the updated values is the previous version, instead of the most recently created.

You can view the versions of picklists in the Picklist Center.

1. Go to Picklist Center.
2. Open the picklist.
3. It will show Versions along with the Effective Start Date.

The solution for this case would be to add the newly added values to the newest version of the picklist in Picklist Center.

When updating picklist values via importing, please make sure to enter the Effective Start Date of the most recent version in Column C "effectiveStartDate".

After doing this update, please, make sure to run an OData API Metadata Refresh in your instance to make sure that the values are going to be updated over to the page you are trying to make changes.

Once performing these two steps, the new values should be available in the field drop down.
