2890331 - Paid By Company Option Missing In SAP Business ByDesign Mobile App

While using the SAP Business ByDesign Mobile App to submit expense reports you notice that, compared to submitting the expense report from the browser, the Paid by Company checkbox is missing when adding an expense item.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Login to Mobile app.
2. Go to My Launchpad.
3. Go to Home.
4. Click on Create Expense Reports.
5. Fill in the required data.
6. Under Expenses, add a new Expense.
7. You will see there is no "Paid by Company" checkbox available.

The mobile application does not offer a full match of all fields which are available on the desktop, but only a selection of the most important and most used fields.

When selecting an expense type such as "Flight paid by company" which is configured accordingly, the flag is automatically set per default behind the scenes so that such an expense will be created with the "Paid by company" flag being set. This can be verified by creating an expense report with such an expense via the mobile app and checking it in the desktop.

The only use case which is not covered is if after selecting such an expense type the user wants to deselect the "Paid by company" flag. This is currently only possible via the desktop.
