2890515 - SYNTAX ERROR in MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG phase of upgrade

Symptom

During upgrade along with installation of SAP LT Replication Server on release DMIS 2018 SP02 or higher, the SUM tool stops in MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG phase with following error,

What happened?

Error in the ABAP application program.

The current ABAP program "CL_DMC_TRANSPOBJECT_FACTORY===CP" had to be
terminated because it found a
statement that could not be executed.
In include "CL_DMC_CTS_TRANSPOBJECT_CNTN==CM001 ", in line 10 of program
"CL_DMC_CTS_TRANSPOBJECT_CNTN==CP ", the following syntax errors
have occurred:
Type "DMC_VM_VIEW_COBJ" is unknown.
