While proceeding with offer approval, how to restrict the approvers to specific users

To have the situation resolved, you first need to define the offer details template as below

Now, we can see that HR Administrator - DO NOT CHANGE NAME is the recruiting group which is associated with the field Executive Approval.

Now, while generating offer approval, below is the image which describes how it looks like

So while filling up the field, the users which are under the Recruiting group "HR Administrator - DO NOT CHANGE NAME" can only be selected in the particular field.
