2890753 - Why backup encryption content output of hdbnsutil does not match the content from the sql command ENCRYPTION_ROOT_KEYS_EXTRACT_KEYS

Symptom

When executing the SQL command, SELECT ENCRYPTION_ROOT_KEYS_EXTRACT_KEYS ('PERSISTENCE, APPLICATION, BACKUP, LOG') FROM DUMMY, the result does not match the content of the backup file generated by the command hdbnsutil.
