2890801 - SMQ2 failure in TM when posting event from EM

Symptom

SMQ2 failure in TM when posting event from EM. Queue is stuck as follows:

  • FM /SCMTMS/EXECINFO_PROCESS
  • StatusText - TOR with ID XXXX was not found

And it's also verified that the stuck LUW can be processed successfully during the debug mode. The failure only occurs in a direct synchronous call.
