Symptom

Job SM:SELFDIAGNOSIS fails with a CONVT_NO_NUMBER dump.

The job log looks like this:

Alert 00208 for system <SID>~<system type> processing started
Alert 00208 for system <SID>~<system type> processing ended: Processing time 0.00 seconds
Alert 00211 processing started
Internal session terminated with a runtime error CONVT_NO_NUMBER (see ST22)
Job cancelled
