2891164 - Recorded Employee Times Report Shows all the Time Recordings

Upon executing the report Recorded Employee Times (ID: HCMTLMB07_Q0001), the report shows all the time recordings, but not changes within these recordings. Canceled time recordings are still shown and this results in an incorrect overall working time for the day.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Go to Reports view.
3. Find the report Recorded Employee Times.
4. Open the report.
5. Select the link to start the report.
6. In the Selection tab, provide the Employee ID and Key Date and apply.
7. In the View Tab on the top left, select the fields like Project, Project Task, Currency, and so on.
8. Select Apply.

The report Recorded Employee Times displays data of canceled time bookings.

The Status field is not enabled in the report. The report by default shows all times including Canceled time recordings.

You can make the Active time recordings visible and remove the Canceled time recordings in the report's view by following the below steps:

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Go to Reports view
3. Find the report Recorded Employee Times
4. Open the report
5. Select the link to start the report
6. In the Selection tab, provide the Employee ID and Key Date and apply
7. In the View tab, tick mark the required fields. Select the + button in the Row Selection and from the box window, select Status
8. Select Apply
9. In the Selection Tab on the top left, see the Status Field is now available and the Column Status is also visible in the report screen itself
10. The time recordings are now separated with Active and Canceled
11. In the Status field, select the dropdown box and select Active from the options, then Apply

Now the Canceled times have been removed and only Active ones are visible.
