2891303 - Forward With Data Intact Not Working - Recruiting Management

When forwarding a Job Application from one Job Requisition to another, data from Custom Fields are not being forwarded despite that the forward-intact attribute being set as "true".

1. Click into a candidate's application for a Job Requisition
2. When you click take action, forward the application to another Job Requisition
3. When you go to the forwarded application on the new job requisition, some custom fields won't be automatically populated.

The feature will only support Custom Fields if the same are configured in the Candidate Profile as well. In case they are only configured in the Job Application, only Standard Fields will be forwarded.

The reported behaviour is expected from the system. This scenario has been addressed in the Implementation Guide under the Forward Candidates to a Requisition topic. Please, refer to the following to access the Implementation Guide.

"If the field isn’t configured in candidate template, then field value from the application is copied from the application. This feature only supports standard fields as per the list, and doesn’t support custom fields.".
