2891327 - Service user cannot be selected in Update process flows - Onboarding 2.0

When you try to select a service user in Update Process flows for Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0, you got an error message as below image.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Go to Admin Center > Update Process flows for Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0;
2. Required features/permissions are not enabled.

You user does not have enough permissions for the feature Update Process flows for Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0.

1. Assign the permission "Administrate Onboarding 2.0 or Offboarding 2.0 Content";
2. Assign the permission "Deploy process definition", this permission is available under Manage Business Process engine category in RBP.
