How to Enable the 2002 New Feature "Add multiple Products to Ticket Items List", which released in What's New document.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer 2002 version
Resolution
- Go to Tickets work center view.
- Open one ticket and Start Adaptation.
- Go to Items facet and click on the pencil of "More" button to adapt it.
- Add the "Add from All Products" option.
