How to Enable the 2002 New Feature "Add multiple Products to Ticket Items List", which released in What's New document.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer 2002 version

Resolution

  1. Go to Tickets work center view. 
  2. Open one ticket and Start Adaptation. 
  3. Go to Items facet and click on the pencil of "More" button to adapt it. 
  4. Add the "Add from All Products" option.
