2891737 - Field in External Requests is not Populated when Mandatory Pre-Fill is checked

• When checking Mandatory Pre-fill (located in System Admin-> Configuration -> External Request -> Section A), any option select (Check mark) both Display and Mandatory Prefill for a field such as "Position Title".
• After doing so, when going to the form the "Position Title" is not automatically populated with the user's position.
