SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
When attempting to run Skillsoft connector, the connector is throwing a error showing that no records are found in the show archive input file. This is after going through provided instructions by skillsoft and consultant.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Cause
skillsoftconnectors.input.file.location=local instead of skillsoftconnectors.input.file.location=S
Resolution
Change the connector settings located under System Admin -> Configuration ->System configuration -> Connector , to skillsoftconnectors.input.file.location=SkillsoftWebservice
