• Is it possible to track clicks done by an user in SF Recruiting Management?
• Are audit logs available for any configuration changes done by a particular user and/or users clicks/ navigations

It is not possible to track such actions and there is no option to pull reports as well.

You can use Recruiting Ad hoc reports / Integration center to fetch reports on various options available in those tools like for ex: candidate profile history, application history etc.

If you wish to enquire whether an email has been sent to a user for the past 2 months, you can raise a case with Cloud Product Support for assistance.
