Symptom

 How can an administrator reset a user password for standalone access in Recruiting Posting?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

               Integration type: standalone

Resolution

All users with admin permissions can initiate a reset password email for other Recruiting Posting users within their company. Please note that this applies only if you log in stand alone Recruiting Posting version.

To do so, the administrator should go to

  • Settings → Users & Groups and find the user who needs a password reset
  • Check the box below and SAVE to trigger an email

The user should receive an email up to an hour to reset the password.

Please note that it is not possible to update the login (field not editable). If you need to update the user's login, you can raise a ticket for Recruiting Posting Support team.
