There is a SuccessFactors Icon appearing in system emails sent to Yahoo email addresses

Reproducing the Issue
Cause
The icons or 'contact cards' are derived from various sources such as social media accounts tied to that email address or checking the favicon of a company email. They are selected by Yahoo's API, they are not being sent from SuccessFactors
If no image can be found, they will often use the initials of the sender.
Resolution
This is a Yahoo functionality and it is out of the control of SuccessFactors. You will need to speak directly with Yahoo to see if these icons can be controlled or modified
