2892142 - Territory does not update for replicated Sales Documents

You have replicated a Sales Document (Sales Order in our example) and you expect the Territory to be pulled from the Account in C4C.

SAP Sales Cloud

1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
2. Go to the Sales Orders view.
3. Open Sales Order ABC (ABC stands for a Sales Order that was replicated from an external system).
4. Note that the Territory is not pulled from the Account even though there is a Territory in the Account.

Territories are only updated in Sales Documents when there is a change in the Account (condition is also the relevant scoping). If nothing is changed, then the Territory will not automatically update.

This is the expected behaviour.
