Receive gateway timeout or 504 errors when making the /learning/public-api/rest/v1/curricula/~search API

Reproducing the Issue
Perform the Curricula search OData REST API within guidelines as recommended in KBA 2735876 and receive gateway timeout error or 504 http response.
Cause
Performance degradation with Database enhancements allow for enhancing this API call to use newwer tables for performance response increase.
Resolution
API switched to use newer temp tables for performance increase resolved in b2005 via LRN-76463 and patched in b1911p14 (14-Feb-2020) via PTCH-32006.
