2892239 - SNOTE or SPAU Error: "Note incomplete" or "Error verifying.." while downloading a Pilot Release note

• Downloading an SAP Note of type 'Pilot Release' which is released to limited number of customers.
• Adjusting a Pilot SAP Note in SPAU in which the customer is assigned as Pilot customer for the note.

SNOTE reports an error message as below (SAP Note 1100873 is just an example):

"0001100873 NOTE incomplete"                 
               or 
"Error when verifying the digital signature of SAP Note file 0001100873_00.SAR"
